Poll: 70% Think Using A Cell Phone While Driving Should Be Illegal
However convenient, using a cell phone while driving can be hazardous. Recent University of Toronto research suggests that cell phone users are four to five times more likely to have crashes than non-users and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society recently linked the cell phone to 2,600 deaths and 330,000 injuries every year in the United States alone.
So what did you our loyal reader think about all this? Well….the results from our latest poll are in and this one wasn’t that tight of a race.
Over 70% of our 8,210 respondents believe that cell phones and driving do not mix.
