Amazon lowers price of unlocked Nokia N97 NAM to $599

Are you aching to get yourself a Nokia N97, but find the $699 price tag of the unlocked version a bit too expensive for your budget? Well, Amazon might just have what you’re looking for.

Amazon is now selling the Nokia N97 for just $599 fresh, unlocked and delivered right to your doorstep. That’s a significant 14% off its regular price which might be enough to convince some of you guys out there to finally pull out your credit card and order yourself one. If you do decide to purchase the N97, you’ll be getting yourself a touchscreen and QWERTY-equipped mobile phone that packs a 5-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, WiFi, Bluetooth, HSDPA connectivity, and 32GB internal memory to top it all off.

Apart from the N97, Amazon has also lowered the price on some other unlocked Nokia goodies as well. The N79 is now retailing for just $299.99 (originally $499.99) while the N85 is down to just $330 from a high of $549.99. Admittedly, the N97 bests out these two as far as specs are concerned, but if you’re not into the whole touchscreen QWERTY scene, you won’t be disappointed with either the N79 or N85 by your side.

Btw, the new AT&T HTC One X has no removable battery (though the capacity is weaker), no expandable memory, less going for it in terms of functionality /versatility of the software, camera is inferior to that on the SGSIII according to all reviews I’ve seen, etc..
