HTC launches TattooMyHTC website
Still remember the HTC Tattoo Android phone which was launched last month? Apart from being affordable, one of its highlighted features is how it can be personalized with custom case designs. In line with this, HTC has just launched their TattooMyHTC website.

This new website provides users with a variety of HTC Tattoo covers to choose priced at 11.99 Euro each. If you don’t find anything that to your liking, don’t worry. You can design your own cover albeit costing a little bit more at 14.99 Euro. Shipping isn’t free though. That’s an additional 3.90 Euro or $5.50 in US dollars per order. It’s somewhat pricey for a mobile phone cover, and we’re pretty sure third-party makers will eventually come out with their own covers at a more affordable price. So, as an incentive, all HTC Tattoo owners automatically get a 20% discount on their first cover purchase by simply using the IMEI code of their phone. You can view the entire collection by heading on over here.
It’s still too early to say if this latest venture by HTC will be a success, but you’ve got to admit, this new revenue stream could potentially be a goldmine for the company depending on how well the market receives the HTC Tattoo.
