Nokia Booklet 3G gets pictured at Best Buy, Release Imminent
Are you one of those die-hard Nokia fans who just can’t wait to get their hands on the company’s very first mobile computer offering? If so, then better read on as what we’ll be reporting will definitely be of special interest to you.

BGR has got these exclusive snapshots of the Nokia Booklet 3G at a US Best Buy. They didn’t go as far as to name the particular Best Buy outlet they got this from, but this is proof that Nokia has already started shipping their first netbook to local retailers in the US. The Nokia Booklet 3G is actually on a pre-order status on Best Buy’s website. It’s priced at $599.99 excluding any contract or commitment on AT&T, and while it may seem more tempting to just get it bundled with a 2-yr data plan, it actually isn’t. Subsidized, the Nokia Booklet 3G will only cost $299.99, but with a $60/month plan over a 2-yr lock-in period, you’ll eventually end up paying a total of $1739.99 for it. That’s quite a hefty sum for a netbook.
Anyway, it’s all up to you to decide whether it’s worth getting it on-contract or not. Just treat this as a heads up that the Nokia Booklet 3G is already shipping to Best Buy stores and should be available in most, if not all, stores by mid-November.
