Telus iPhone 3G S coming on November 5th; Nokia E71, HTC Hero also confirmed on Telus

With November just around the corner, Telus has taken this opportunity to announce that they will be releasing their iPhone 3G offerings on November 5th.

No surprises as far as its pricing goes as the iPhone 3G S 16GB model will still retail for $199.99, the 32GB variant for $299.99, and the iPhone 3G 8GB for $99.99 on a 3-year contract similar to Rogers . Outright purchase price is slightly higher though at $699.99, $799.99 and $599.99 for the iPhone 3G S 16GB, 32GB, and iPhone 3G 8GB respectively. In line with this, Telus has also revealed their initial HSPA line-up which includes the Nokia E71, the rumored LG Chocolate BL40, the HTC Hero Android phone, Sierra 306 Internet key, and last but certainly not the least, the previously announced BlackBerry Bold 9700. They didn’t go as far as to reveal the pricing for these new handsets, but thanks to Mobile Ninjas, we’ve now also got the pricing details for you.

It’s not as many as what Bell has, but it sure is a pretty diverse one. The inclusion of the HTC Hero will surely delight Google Android aficionados in Canada, and the LG Chocolate BL40 will be a special treat for multimedia junkies. No word though on when these will be made available, but now should be a good time to start saving up for one of these beauties.
