Google Nexus One interface walkthrough video surfaces; Poses side-by-side with iPhone, HTC Hero
Whether you’d like to admit it or not, we’ve got Apple to thank for the sudden influx of full touchscreen phones in the market. If not for the iPhone, there probably wouldn’t be that many touchscreen phones today. Unfortunately, however, every new phone is also cursed to be compared with Apple’s little darling, and the upcoming Nexus One from Google is certainly no exception to this rule.


We’ve now got these set of pictures comparing the Nexus One side-by-side with the iPhone courtesy of Nexusone.net, and for good measure, they’ve also thrown in a couple of shots with the HTC Hero as well. For those who prefer moving pictures as opposed to still photos, fret not as we’ve got something for you guys too. Here’s a 5-minute walk through video of the Nexus One’s UI which also shows how Android 2.1 works so smoothly on it largely thanks to its Snapdragon processor:
Currently, there’s still no official word on when it’ll be released, but a previous report reveals that it will be made available by Google direct to consumers beginning January 5th.
