More Motorola Motus details emerge, Coming either in April or May 2010
Here’s an update on what could be AT&T’s first Android offering, the Motorola Motus. Engadget was able to get new details about this upcoming handset which also confirms some of the info we’ve already reported in the past.

MotoBLUR is confirmed and so is the 5-megpiaxel camera and LED flash. The interesting bit about the camera though is that it’s actually loaded unto the QWERTY keypad. See that yellow dot located near the lower left corner of the keypad? The camera’s just below that dot. It’s a flip phone alright so when you close the device, the QWERTY keypad is exposed facing the back. It’s also now being reported that a trackpad will be available underneath the keypad which can be used to scroll through the screen for easy navigation. We’re not sure how easy it will actually be in real-world use but the concept is quite unique. The Motus will also be a relatively hefty device since it’s about three-quarter of an inch thick which is “enough to be bulky in your pocket.”
One thing’s that not clear, however, is its processor. The previous report mentioned a Snapdragon processor running under the hood while the latest info mentions a 528MHz MSM7201A chip manning the show. We’re not quite sure which one of the two is true, but we’re definitely leaning more on the former rather than the latter.
As far as its release is concerned, their informant revealed that it could debut on AT&T either in April or May. This basically there’s still a lot of time for new details to surface before this becomes official, and hopefully along with it, a better looking picture as well.
