Bell coming out with Self Serve app for Palm Pre, BlackBerry Storm 9530, Tour 9630
Mobilesyrup just got a tip that Bell will be coming out with a Self Serve app for the Palm Pre and select BlackBerry devices. Based on the provided info, the Bell Self Serve app should be out on January 20th and will provide customers with a one-click access to the Self Serve home page. Subscribers can then check their account balance here as well as view a record of their current voice, data, and text messag usage. They can also add features to their plan and register for pre-authorized credit card payments.
Aside from the Palm Pre, an appropriate version of the Bell Self Serve app will also be released for the BlackBerry Storm 9530 and BlackBerry Tour 9630. It should be available at the Palm App Catalog and BlackBerry App World by tomorrow. No word if they’ll be coming out with an iPhone version too, but since they’re now also offering up both the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3G S, we don’t see any reason why they shouldn’t.
