Samsung Galaxy POP CDMA To Be Released In India

Samsung will launch the Galaxy POP CDMA in India later this month. This Android-powered CDMA phone will be an Open Market Handset (OMH), which means the phone will work with any CDMA operator. The phone features up to 3.1Mbps download speeds, a 800MHz CPU, the Google Android 2.2 OS with Market access, a 3.14-inch display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, a 3.15MP camera, a Swype text input, an FM Radio, Social Hub and a microSD card slot (up to 32GB). The Samsung Galaxy POP CDMA will retail for Rs. 9,750 or approx. $217. [SamsungHub]
