Samsung Tegra 2 Phone Is Galaxy S II Variant
nVidia has recently confirmed that the Samsung Tegra 2-powered smartphone is actually the Galaxy S II variant. The NFC-equipped smartphone will come with either a Samsung Exynos CPU–previously codenamed Orion–or an nVidia Tegra 2 CPU. Both mobile processors are dual-core 1.0GHz chips based on the same ARM Cortex A9 reference design. The rest of specs in the Tegra 2-powered Galaxy S II (I9103) is expected to be the same.
