The all new HTC Desire S is now available for purchase in Australia via MobiCity. The handset retails for AUD$699 (about $726) unlocked. To refresh your memory, this Android smartphone offers a 3.7-inch 480 x 800 capacitive touchscreen display, a 1GHz processor, a 1.1GB ROM, a 768MB RAM, a microSD card slot, a VGA front-facing camera, a 5.0-megapixel rear-facing camera, A-GPS, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, 720p HD video recording capabilities and runs on Android 2.3 OS.
