Verizon Motorola DROID 3 with front cameras?
The Verizon Motorola DROID 3 User Guide shows the camera app to switch from back or front camera. (page 25)
The Droid 3′s specs will probably be on par with the Bionic, it depends on what’s important to you, LTE and a bigger screen backing the Bionic or the Keyboard equipped Droid 3 with Global capabilities and likely much better battery life. The only thing this phone is lacking is 4G and possibly (not confirmed) 512 MB of RAM.
