AT&T is about to launch a new Android smartphone from Huawei namely the Huawei Impulse 4G. The handset will be available starting on September 18th for just $29.99 with a new two-year contract. Specs-wise, the Huawei Impulse 4G is packed with a 3.8-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display, an 800MHz processor, a 5MP camera with 720p HD video recording, HSPA+, WiFi, GPS, a 3.5mm headset jack and runs on Android 2.2 Froyo OS.
