HTC has finally released the HTC ChaCha Android handset in the Chinese market. The Chinese version of the HTC ChaCha comes equipped with a QWERTY keyboard, a dedicated QQ button, and various QQ-related services. For your info, QQ is the country’s most popular instant messaging platform with about 700 million users.
