The new Verzion Motorola Droid Razr Maxx is now on sale for $299.99. That is awesome. I could almost be tempted into accepting a non-removable battery with that kind of battery life. The fact that they can deliver that battery life while still keeping the phone so thin is impressive.
To be fair, this phone is not exactly a “better version.” One of the main, stand-out selling points of the Droid RAZR is the thinness: only 7.1mm. Sure the Maxx has a bigger battery, but it is not by magic: They made the phone thicker. It’s just a trade off. Less slim-factor, more battery. Not better, just different.
