HTC has filed a complaint with the ITC, outlining five HTC patents that are infringed by Apple products.
The Sprint HTC EVO 4G will be available o June 6th, 2010 for $199.99 on contract, or $599.99 as a standalone phone for those who prefer not to be tied down to any legal documents.
Sprint post said customers will be able to pre-order the HTC EVO 4G cell phone at Radio Shack on May. Radio Shack and Best buy both do no mall in rebate so if they are both Pre-Ordering either one will be cool
According to rumors, the HTC Legend will be launched in the US via AT&T. FYI, the FCC has recently approved the HTC PB76110, which seems to be the North American version of the European Legend (aka HTC PB76100)
