Even though this is just a render, everywhere you look at proposed specs it does not have hardware buttons, thus coming with ICS.

The Samsung Galaxy S III is coming soon, rumored 4.8″ Super AMOLED HD Plus display and quad-core processor. The mock up looks great. However – I would be pleasantly shocked if the technology is here yet to allow such minimal bezel
The new AT&T Samsung Rugby Smart is great phone for someone that does construction.

The Verizon Samsung Brightside is a cheap basic phone, with full QWERTY keyboard.
The new HTC Ville is also considerably thinner than the Amaze, is said to have a super amoled display, and Beats audio.
The new White Samsung Galaxy Nexus is the first decent white phone I have seen. I’m glad that they did not go all white, like every white phone does.
The new Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 is an inexpensive phone. What we should not forget is that the target audience for this phone is often not interested in a “large” 4″ touchscreen. Rather, they like a small and robust phone that works well for simple tasks – which is exactly what the Mini delivers
The new U.S. Cellular Samsung Galaxy S Aviator 4G LTE phone will have a 4.3-inch WVGA AMOLED plus touchscreen, 8 megapixel rear camera and front-facing camera for easy video chatting, single-core 1GHz processor, microSD card slot, and Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
While the Samsung Galaxy Note is an impressive device, I don’t think it’s worth $300 on contract, especially with AT&T as the carrier. The Note uses the Exynos chipset, AT&T’s will use SnapDragon. Not only is Exynos the more powerful chipset, it is also more efficient than SnapDragon, which means that the International Note gets more processing power and better battery life in comparison to AT&T’s.
