Samsung has just announced the availability of their new Bada smartphone ‘Wave Y S5380′ in India. The handset is currently being sold for Rs. 7,950 (about $150). It’s nice to see more white handsets coming to market. I had returned my black Epic 4g in lieu for the white version coming out some time soon. Now knowing that the phone will be available on Jan. 8th is a relief since I loved the phone. The Sprint Epic 4G Touch was well designed, displayed is excellent, call quality was excellent, battery life is perfect, weight of the phone not heavy, customization is easy, love the phone ! Takes awesome photos, love the sounds and the ability to change fonts to be creative.

Looking at the size of the bezel and the keyboard, I would imagine 3.6-3.7″, no 5 row keyboard. LG brand is considered cheap, very affordable

The new Sprint Epic 4G Touch is now on sale for $199.99 with a new two-year contract. Like Amazon and Wirefly, have this phone listed for $150. I went to my Sprint store to check it out. They had a demo model, so I assume they had phones to sell. I love this phone, Samsung doesn’t lock their bootloaders. I figured it was done with the SGII’s that have been released, just concerned about the Sprint version since it is different from the rest.
