New HP Pre 3 cell phone will run on the GSM networks (AT&T, T-Mobile) and CDMA networks (Verizon, Sprint). Come on HP, a less then 4 inch screen is fine, but please make it slim and also put some metal on it to get a more solid feeling. The whole range looks fantastic. this device will be a great addition to the range! The Pre 3 looks cool. Very excited to see what it’s like. We been waiting for a keyboard less WebOS phone for 3 years now. Just bring it to us.

The Nokia C6 cell phone looks nice in white, the new Nokia C6 will feature a sliding QWERTY keyboard and touchscreen, 256 MB of internal memory, if this got a capacitive screen then its a winner. low-mid range phone. The C6 will use Symbian^1 and not the new Symbian^3, If you were an S^3 obsessive you’d know that its actually an S^2 device. S^3 is still not nearly completed, still have a fair bit more work to be done before devices are shipped. S^3 devices probably wont be shipped until at best summer of this year.

I’m sure the Nokia C6 cell phone will be a lot cheaper that a lot of its competitors.

The Google Nexus One cell phone is almost here from AT&T, the Nexus One will supports AT&T’s 3G. This is great news. Choice is a good thing. AT&T will finally have an android… a real smart phone.. with multi-tasking and customization unlike some other handsets. It is possible to support all bands, but antenna design is complicated especially when trying to get good performance on all supported bands. Usually the limiting factor are cost and size.

AT&T Google Nexus One Photos

The Verizon Palm Pixi Plus seems like a decent product and should sell rather well. I love the bar-style form factor and full keyboard of the Pixi, The “Plus” refers to the associated extra cost of VZW’s rate plans. It’s actually fantastic! I love running Pandora, answering e-mails and texts or surfing the web.

I’ve been waiting for a Pre on Verizon since last year’s CES.

The Verizon Samsung Omnia 2 release date December 2nd, 2009. Looks great, Verizon messes with their WinMo cell phones, although I would rather have a WM phone due to my existing software. The Samsung Omnia 2 cell phone will be available for $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate with a new two-year customer agreement. with Verizon Wireless to upgrade to WinMo 6.5 and the updated TouchWiz. I haven’t yet seen a comparison of this and the Touch HD, and it sounds like this may be a good alternative.

The Verizon BlackBerry Curve 8530 cell phone is a cheap version, has a nice feel to it, and it is heavy, a quality that I like in a phone mostly because it is indicative of quality. The Verizon Curve 8530 is not the original Curve’s replacement. The Curve’s replacement is the 8900. No flash on the camera. The 8530 does not feel as heavy duty as the original curve. Wall paper only shows in certain 1 mode. All else is about the same.

The Sprint BlackBerry Curve 8530 cell phone has two colors: royal purple and black. The Sprint Curve 8530 is an optical trackpad and support WiFi. The God-awful “royal purple” colour detracts from the beauty of the phone. I bet Sprint is hoping that it can lure women. So the Curve strategy seems to be working. Not really feeling the purple. I guess some will like it, but not for me. It goes to show how mainstream blackberries have come though, as purple doesn’t exactly shout professionalism. I hope the retail price is low. The Sprint BlackBerry Curve 8530 cell phone will be available on November 20 2009 for $99.99 on contract after rebate.
